Ingredients list for Triple Exotica
- 1/2 medium Watermelon scooped
- 2 cups Left over kheer chilled
- 4 scoops Pista icecream
- 8 Roasted almonds chopped
- 4 Kaju katli
Method
- Place five to six melon scoops in each of four tall glasses. Pour half a cup of chilled kheer over the melon scoops and then top it up with a scoop of pista icecream. Sprinkle almonds over the icecream and decorate with a kajukatli, serve immediately.
