Tiramisu Truffle

Tiramisu mixture set in the refrigerator, shaped into balls and dipped in melted dark chocolate. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe.

Ingredients list for Tiramisu Truffle

  • 1 cup White chocolate chopped
  • ½ cup Cream cheese
  • 3-4 tablespoons Coffee decoction
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chopped
  • for dusting Cocoa powder

Method

  1. Take white chocolate in a microwave proof bowl and melt in microwave for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave, add cream cheese and mix well.
  2. Add coffee decoction and mix. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
  3. Take dark chocolate in a microwave proof bowl and heat in microwave for 30-40 seconds. Remove from microwave, mix and cool down to room temperature.
  4. Divide the white chocolate-cream cheese mixture and shape them into balls.
  5. Line a tray with a parchment paper.
  6. Dip the balls in melted dark chocolate and place them on the lined tray. Dust some cocoa powder on top and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Serve.
