Ingredients list for Sweet Corn Vegetable Soup-SK Khazana

  • 1/2 cup Sweet corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup Corn style sweet corn
  • 2 tablespoons Cabbage finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Carrot finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 4-5 cups Vegetable stock
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste White pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Cornflour slurry
  • to garnish Spring onion greens chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add corn kernels, cabbage and carrot, mix and sauté for 2 minutes. Add stock, stir and bring to a boil.
  2. Add cream style corn, mix and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Add salt, pepper powder and sugar and mix well.
  3. Add cornflour slurry, stir and cook till the soup thickens.
  4. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve piping hot.
