By Sanjeev Kapoor 12 Jun 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Black bengal gram, Split bengal gram Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 8-10 hour Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Special Shaami Kabab 1/2 cup Black bengal gram 1 tablespoon Split bengal gram 1 medium Onion ,roughly chopped 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 2 Green chillies,chopped 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1/2 cup Fresh bread crumbs 1 teaspoon Oil 8 Mozzarella cheese,1/4 inch pieces 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves,finely chopped as required Fried papads,crushed Method Soak kala chana with chana dal overnight or for six to eight hours in three cups of water.
