Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 6-8 almonds
 - ¾ cup margarine
 - ½ cup powdered sugar + for coating
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
 
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 °c.
 - Sift the flour.
 - Finely chop the almonds.
 - Cream the margarine and powdered sugar together.
 - Add sifted flour, vanilla essence and chopped almonds.
 - Mix well and form into balls.
 - Place them on a greased baking tray and bake at 180°C for twenty minutes.
 - Remove and let cool, then roll in powdered sugar and serve.
