Keep the sizzler plate on gas to heat. Cut green capsicum into small pieces. Cut onion. Heat 2 tsps oil in a non stick pan. Separate layers of the onion cubes and add along with capsicum. Add salt and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add mustard sauce, sprinkle a little water and toss well. Transfer into a bowl.Add carrot, French beans, 1 tsp oil, salt and pepper powder to the pan and sauté till the vegetables get glazed. Transfer into another bowl.Cut sausages into diagonal slices and sauté till lightly coloured. Transfer into a 3rd bowl. Separate 3 leaves of cabbage. Put vegetable bolognaise sauce in the pan, add boiled pasta and a little water and mix well and let it get heated through. Keep the heated sizzler plate over the wooden base. Place the cabbage leaves in a single layer on it. Put the pasta on the leaf in the centre. Place the vegetables on another leaf, sausages on last leaf. Place the potato fingers and capsicum-onion mixture all around. Drizzle butter and serve immediately.
