Ingredients for Rum Soaked Apricots Recipe

  • Golden Dried Apricots 16-18

  • Dark Rum 1/2 cup

  • Cheese spread 4-5 tablespoons

  • Sweet and salty biscuits 16-18

  • Spicy fried cashewnuts 16-18

  • Fresh parsley sprigs for garnishing

Method

Step 1

Pour rum into a bowl, add apricots and let them soak till they are moist.

Step 2

Fill a piping bag with cheese spread.

Step 3

Drain the apricots and put them into another bowl.

Step 4

Pipe out cheese spread on sweet and salty biscuits, place drained apricots over them, pipe out some more cheese spread on top, place spicy fried cashewnuts over and garnish with parsley sprigs.

Step 5

Arrange them on a serving plate and serve immediately.
