Ingredients
- 4 medium red bell peppers, roasted and deseeded
- ½ cup feta cheese
- 1 fresh jalapeno, roasted
- 4 sun dried tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 spring onion bulb
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Method
- Blend together the bell peppers, feta cheese, jalapeno, sun dried tomatoes, garlic and spring onion bulb. Add the salt and crushed peppercorns and blend again.
- Add lemon juice and blend to a smooth paste.
- Serve.
