  • 20 Prunes
  • 300 grams Chocolate
  • 500 grams Chocolate
  • as required Coloured sugar balls

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for one minute. Coarsely grind pistachios and transfer into a bowl.
  2. Whisk the chocolate till smooth and set aside to cool slightly. Chop prunes and add to the pistachios. Add the melted chocolate and mix well.
  3. Place a butter paper over a plate and drop spoons-full of chocolate mixture on it.
  4. Sprinkle coloured sugar balls over them and keep the plate in the refrigerator for about fifteen to twenty minutes to set.
  5. Serve.
