Ingredients list for Peach Party
- 3 Canned peaches
 
Method
- Heat some water in a large non stick pan. Put the marsh mellows in a bowl and place it in the hot water in the pan. Add cream and let the two melt together, stirring frequently.
 - Cut the fruit cake into small cubes and put some of them in each of 4 martini glasses.Moisten them with the syrup of the tinned peaches. Cut each peach into 8 vertical slices.
Cool the marsh mellow mixture and add whipped cream. - Add a few drops of vanilla essence and almond essence and mix.Spread some almonds over the cake pieces, pour the marsh mellow-cream mixture over.
 - Arrange the peach slices along the rim of the glass, put a dollop of whipped cream in the centre, sprinkle some almonds over, chill in the refrigerator and serve.
