Ingredients list for Oats with dried fruits
- 85 gram Porridge oats
- 600 ml Skimmed milk
- 4-5 Whole almonds slivered
- 20 gram Dried apricots chopped
- 40 gram Prunes chopped
Method
- Put the oats in a pan and roast for 2 minutes.
- Add the milk and bring to the boil.
- Stir in the almonds and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the oat mixture becomes thick.
- Add the apricots and prunes, mix well, and serve hot.
