By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Mar 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mangoes, Vanilla Icecream Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 1.30-2 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Mango And Cherry Soft Serve 1 1/2 cups Mangoes chopped 1 cup Vanilla Icecream seeded 400 grams Sponge cake (round) 1 cup Fresh cream 1/2 cup Castor sugar (caster sugar) 500 grams Vanilla ice cream 1/4 cup Mango juice Method Advertisment Slice sponge cake horizontally into two equal pieces. Whip fresh cream with castor sugar till it forms soft peaks. Soften vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle mango juice on both layers of sponge. Evenly spread cherries and mango on one sponge layer. Evenly spread softened ice cream over the fruits and cover with the other sponge layer. Freeze this for at least an hour and top it with sweetened whipped fresh cream and cut into eight slices. Decorate with mango pieces and sweetened cream rosette. Serve with fresh cherries and decorate with sliced mango.
