Method

  1. Slit the chicken breasts into two and then cut into strips. Put the chicken strips into a bowl. Peel, wash and cut onions into thin slices. Deep fry till golden brown.
  2. Grind into a paste using half of the yogurt. Peel, wash ginger and grind to a paste. Make a paste of almonds.
  3. Dry roast cinnamon, coriander seeds, cloves and green cardamoms and powder them. Crush the peppercorns. Roll the chicken strips around toothpicks.
  4. Place this skewered chicken in a bowl. Add browned onion paste, remaining yogurt, almond paste and mix well.
  5. Add the roasted spice powder and crushed peppercorns and mix.
