Ingredients list for Khajur Halwa

  • 500 grams Dates deseeded & chopped
  • 400 grams Condensed Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Pure ghee
  • 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
  • a few Silver warq

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a kadai. Add refined flour and sauté for a minute. Add half a cup of water, chopped dates and condensed milk. Mix well.
  2. Cook on medium heat, stirring continuously, till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the kadai.
