Ingredients list for Khajur Halwa
- 500 grams Dates deseeded & chopped
- 400 grams Condensed Milk
- 2 tablespoons Pure ghee
- 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
- a few Silver warq
Method
- Heat ghee in a kadai. Add refined flour and sauté for a minute. Add half a cup of water, chopped dates and condensed milk. Mix well.
- Cook on medium heat, stirring continuously, till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the kadai.
