Ingredients for Kale Chips Recipe

  • Kale leaves stems removed 12-15

  • Olive oil 2 teaspoons

  • Sherry vinegar 2 teaspoons

  • Parmesan cheese freshly grated 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Preheat oven to 180° C.

Step 2

Put olive oil and vinegar in a bowl and mix well. Add kale leaves and mix well.

Step 3

Place the kale leaves on a baking tray, place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for fifteen minutes or till golden and crisp, flipping occasionally.

Step 4

Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on the chips. Serve immediately.
