- Whole green grams (sabut moong) as required
Method
- Soak green gram in sufficient water for 4-5 hours.
- Drain and place gram in a wet muslin cloth and tie in a bundle.
- Pace bundle in a colander and set aside, for overnight, at a warm place like a kitchen cabinet.
- Use as required.
