How to make Sprouts

Method

  1. Soak green gram in sufficient water for 4-5 hours.
  2. Drain and place gram in a wet muslin cloth and tie in a bundle.
  3. Pace bundle in a colander and set aside, for overnight, at a warm place like a kitchen cabinet.
  4. Use as required.
