Ingredients list for Hot Fruits With Maple Butter
- 3 large Mangoes 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 3 slices Maple Syrup 1 1/2 inch cubes canned
- 1/2 medium Papaya 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 Banana 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons Butter melted
- 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
- large pinch Cinnamon powder
Method
- Preheat an oven to 120°C. Combine melted butter and maple syrup in a small bowl and mix well. Place the cut mangoes, pineapple, papaya and bananas in a baking dish and brush with the maple syrup butter.
- Bake the fruits in the preheated oven for eight to ten minutes or until just tender, turning the fruits occasionally and basting them with maple syrup butter.
- Sprinkle cinnamon powder over the baked fruits and serve hot.
