Ingredients list for Hot Chocolate Nut Sundae

  • 11/2 cups Dark chocolate
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 cup Pomegranate pearls
  • 4 scoop Vanilla ice cream
  • 4 scoop Chocolate ice cream
  • 4 scoop Fresh strawberry ice cream
  • 20- 25 Roasted almonds chopped
  • 10 - 15 Roasted cashewnuts chopped
  • 4 Wafer biscuits
  • 20-25 Almonds roasted and sliced

Method

  1. Take dark chocolate in a bowl and melt over a double boiler stirring continuously. Add cream and stir.
  2. Take stemmed glasses. Put some pomegranate pearls at the base. Top with scoops of vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream, strawberry ice cream and top this up with the chocolate sauce
  3. Sprinkle roasted almonds, roasted cashewnuts pieces and pomegranate pearls and serve immediately.
