Ingredients for Hot Chocolate Nut Sundae Recipe

  • Dark chocolate 11/2 cups

  • Fresh cream 1 cup

  • Pomegranate pearls 1 cup

  • Vanilla ice cream 4 scoop

  • Chocolate ice cream 4 scoop

  • Fresh strawberry ice cream 4 scoop

  • Roasted almonds chopped 20- 25

  • Roasted cashewnuts chopped 10 - 15

  • Wafer biscuits 4

  • Almonds roasted and sliced 20-25


Step 1

Take dark chocolate in a bowl and melt over a double boiler stirring continuously. Add cream and stir.

Step 2

Take stemmed glasses. Put some pomegranate pearls at the base. Top with scoops of vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream, strawberry ice cream and top this up with the chocolate sauce

Step 3

Sprinkle roasted almonds, roasted cashewnuts pieces and pomegranate pearls and serve immediately.
