Whip cream in a bowl with a whisk to make it thick. Arrange the mango slices on three to four individual dishes and pour the cream over each dish. Sprinkle brown and caster sugar over. Preheat an oven and place dishes under grill for five minutes or until sugar is caramelized and the mango is warm. Serve immediately with a wafer biscuit.
