Ingredients list for Gur Ki Kheer
- 1 cup Jaggery
- 1 1/4 cups Coconut
- 2 tablespoons Scraped coconut
- for garnish Fresh malai
Method
- Heat six cups of water in a deep non-stick pan and bring it to boil.
- Add jaggery and keep cooking till it melts. Add rice and cook till the rice gets cooked.
- Add coconut and lower the heat and cook by stirring continuously till it thickens.
- Serve hot or chilled garnished with malai.
