Ingredients list for Guava Chilli Ice Cream

  • 6-8 Pink guavas chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Tata Sampann Chilli Powder
  • 1 cup Condensed milk
  • 3-4 teaspoons Castor sugar
  • 1 cup Full cream milk powder
  • 1 cup Fresh cream

Method

  1. Transfer Tata Sampann Chilli Powder in salt shaker and set aside.
  2. Blend together guavas, condensed milk and castor sugar to a fine puree. Transfer into a bowl.
  3. Add milk powder and cream and whisk well. Transfer into an airtight container and freeze for 6-8 hours.
  4. Scoop into serving bowls, sprinkle Tata Sampann Chilli Powder over the scoops and serve immediately.
