Ingredients list for Guava Chilli Ice Cream
- 6-8 Pink guavas chopped
- 1 teaspoon Tata Sampann Chilli Powder
- 1 cup Condensed milk
- 3-4 teaspoons Castor sugar
- 1 cup Full cream milk powder
- 1 cup Fresh cream
Method
- Transfer Tata Sampann Chilli Powder in salt shaker and set aside.
- Blend together guavas, condensed milk and castor sugar to a fine puree. Transfer into a bowl.
- Add milk powder and cream and whisk well. Transfer into an airtight container and freeze for 6-8 hours.
- Scoop into serving bowls, sprinkle Tata Sampann Chilli Powder over the scoops and serve immediately.
