Ingredients for Grilled Toasts With Cheese And Cherry Tomato Recipe

  • Bread Slices 8

  • Mozzarella Cheese cut into small cubes 200 grams

  • Cherry tomatoes quartered 20

  • Olive oil 3 tablespoons

  • Balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Garlic peeled 2 cloves

  • Basil leaves for garnishing


Step 1

Combine mozzarella and cherry tomatoes in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar and salt.

Step 2

Pour the mixture over tomatoes and mozzarella and mix well. Heat the Grill Pan. Cut the garlic cloves into half and rub all over the pan.

Step 3

Cut each bread slice into triangles. Place them in the pan and lightly grill on both the sides. Remove onto a plate. Put the mozzarella mixture over the bread triangles and garnish with basil leaves.

Step 4

Serve immediately.
