Ingredients list for Grilled Garlic Pepper Prawns - Grill Pan

  • 10-15 cloves Garlic,chopped
  • 7-8 Black peppercorns,crushed
  • 8 large Prawns (kolambi/jhinga)

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in the Grill Pan. Add butter and garlic and half of the crushed black peppercorns and sauté for one to two minutes.
  2. Add prawns, salt, remaining crushed black peppercorns and lemon juice and sauté. Take care that the prawns do not get overcooked.
  3. Transfer into a serving dish. Pour rum into a heated deep spoon and hold over the flame till it catches fire.
  4. Pour over the prawns immediately to flambé. Serve hot.
