Method

  1. Add coffee powder to 1½ cups lukewarm water to make a decoction.
  2. Dip the ginger biscuits in the decoction and place them vertically one after the other in a square baking dish to resemble a log. Make two such logs.
  3. To make the chocolate sauce, heat milk in a non stick pan. Add sugar, grated chocolate and mix well.Pour this sauce over the biscuits and set aside for some time to cool in the refrigerator.
  4. Fill whipped cream in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe over the biscuits.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate vermicelli over the cream portion and walnuts elsewhere and serve immediately.
