Ingredients list for Frozen Fruit Pudding
- 500 millilitres Chocolate Icecream softened
- 1/2 cup Chickoo pureed
- 1/2 cup Glazed cherries chopped
- 1/2 cup Apricots,chopped seedless
- 3 tablespoons Raisins
- 1 tablespoon Rum
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder optional
- 8-10 Roasted almonds whole
Method
- Combine ice cream, chikoo puree, cherries, apricots, raisins and rum. Pour into a greased and lined 750 millitre capacity pudding basin.
- Freeze for two to three hours or until firm. To serve, demould, dust with cocoa powder and garnish with roasted almonds. Cut into wedges and serve.
