Ingredients list for Frozen Fruit Candies

  • 2 Oranges
  • 4 cups Orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons Gelatin

Method

  1. Peel the oranges, separate the segments and remove the skin and seeds. Chop the segments and set aside.
  2. Melt the gelatine in two tablespoons of hot water. Place sugar, orange juice and melted gelatine in a pan and cook till the sugar dissolves. Cool the mixture.
  3. Add the chopped orange and mix well. Take chocolate moulds and pour the mixture into the dents. Place the moulds in the refrigerator to set.
  4. Before serving, insert a tooth pick in centre, demould and serve.
