Ingredients list for Farfalle Pasta
- for dusting Refined flour (maida)
- as required spinach pasta dough fresh
Method
- Divide the dough into two equal portions.
- Dust worktop with some flour, place oneportion and roll out to a thin sheet. Cut the sheet into roundels with a medium sized cookie cutter. Press the opposite edges of each roundel to shape them into farfalle pasta.
- Place remaining portion, dust some flour on top, roll out to make a thin sheet and cut into squares. Press the opposite edges of each square to shape them into farfalle pasta.
- Use as required.
