Ingredients for Energy Laddoo Recipe

  • Rolled oats 1 cup

  • Chunky peanut Butter 1/2 cup

  • Chocolate chips 1/2 cup

  • Roasted almond powder 1/2 cup

  • Honey 1/3 cup

  • Sesame seeds roasted for coating


Step 1

Dry roast oats in a non-stick pan till heated through taking care that they remain soft.

Step 2

Put peanut butter in a mixing bowl, add roasted oats, chocolate chips and some almond powder and mix well. Add honey and mix well.

Step 3

Spread sesame seeds on a plate.

Step 4

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a laddoo. Roll them in sesame seeds.

Step 5

Arrange the laddoos in a serving plate and serve immediately.
