Ingredients list for Cold Watermelon Soup

  • 1 medium Watermelon seeded and cut into small pieces
  • 2 inch Ginger roughly chopped
  • 4-5 Fresh coriander stems
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • a few sprigs Fresh mint (pudina) for garnish

  1. Place watermelon pieces, ginger, coriander stems, cumin powder, salt, sugar, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce in a blender jar and blend till smooth. Strain into a jug and chill in the refrigerator. Serve chilled garnished with mint sprigs.
