Ingredients
- 1 medium watermelon, peeled, seeded and cut into small pieces
- 2 inch ginger, roughly chopped
- 4-5 fresh coriander stems
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- A few mint sprigs for garnishing
Method
- Place watermelon pieces, ginger, coriander stems, cumin powder, salt, sugar, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce in a blender jar and blend till smooth. Strain into a jug and chill in the refrigerator.
- Serve chilled garnished with mint sprigs.
