Ingredients list for Chocolate and Peanut Butter Smoothie

  • 1 tablespoon Chocolate nibs
  • 1/2 tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 3 cups almond milk
  • 2 bananas peeled
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flax seeds + for decorating
  • 2 tablespoons honey + for decorating

Method

  1. Cut bananas into roundels and place in a blender jar. Add chocolate nibs, flax seeds, peanut butter, cocoa powder, 2 tbsps honey, yogurt and almond milk and blend till smooth.
  2. Cover the rim of 4 individual glasses with honey and stick flax seeds onto the rims. Pour the smoothie into each glass and serve chilled.
