Ingredients list for Chocolate Walnut Fudge

  • 100 grams Dark Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts finely chopped

Method

  1. Grease a seven-inch square aluminium tray.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan; add the butter and allow it to melt. Add the chocolate and stir till it melts. Stir in the condensed milk and cook for five to six minutes.
  3. Add the walnuts to the pan and mix. Add the grated khoya, and vanilla essence, and mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture onto the greased tray and spread evenly with a greased spatula. Cool in the refrigerator before cutting into pieces. Serve chilled.
  5. Makes 750 grams
