Ingredients for Chocolate Stuffed with Pedha Recipe

  • Dark chocolate 400 grams

  • Pedhas 8-10

  • Edible golden dust for dusting

  • Edible silver dust for dusting

Method

Step 1

Roughly chop chocolate and transfer into a bowl.

Step 2

Melt the chopped chocolate in a double-boiler and mix till smooth. Remove from heat and stir continuously to cool.

Step 3

Fill a silicon chocolate mould tray with some melted chocolate and refrigerate for 1 minute.

Step 4

Remove the chocolate from the mould and discard the excess chocolate using a scraper. Refrigerate again for 2 minutes.

Step 5

Melt the chocolate once again in a double-boiler. Mix till smooth, remove from heat and stir continuously to cool.

Step 6

Put some broken pedhas into the set chocolate mould, pour some of the remaining melted chocolate over, tap and discard the excess chocolate from the top using a scraper. Refrigerate till set.

Step 7

Demould and dust some edible golden powder and edible silver powder over prepared chocolates.

Step 8

Serve.
