Ingredients list for Chocolate Crackers - SK Khazana

  • 200 grams Dark chocolate chopped
  • 1/2 cup Rice crisps
  • 1/4 cup Hazelnuts chopped
  • 3/4 cup Hazelnut spread
  • to sprinkle Edible gold colour
  • to sprinkle Edible red colour

Method

  1. Take chopped chocolate in a bowl. Melt in microwave for a minute. Remove and mix well till the chocolate is well tempered.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate in silicon mould, tap it gently to remove any air bubbles. Flip the mould and remove excess chocolate into the bowl. Scrape the mould to remove excess chocolate to get vertical shells. Refrigerate till set.
  3. Take rice crisps, hazelnuts and chocolate hazelnut spread in a bowl and mix well. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag.
  4. Take the chocolate shells out of the refrigerator. Snip off the tip of the piping bag and pipe out the mixture into the chocolate shells. Cover from top with the remaining melted dark chocolate. Tap the mould slightly to remove any air bubbles. Scrape the top to remove excess chocolate. Refrigerate till set.
  5. Demould the chocolate bars and arrange them on a serving platter. Sprinkle edible gold and red colours on top. Serve immediately.
