Ingredients list for Chocolate Coated Mithai
- 2 cups Chocolate
- Assorted Mithais
Method
- Heat water in a large and deep non stick pan. Keep a dry glass bowl over it. Put the grated chocolate in the bowl and let it melt.
- Cut some of the mithai into smaller pieces and leave some as they are.
- Stir the chocolate as it melts to make a smooth mixture. Take the bowl down and keep stirring till it cools slightly.
- Line a tray with silicon sheet. Pierce each mithai piece with a fancy toothpick, dip in the melted chocolate, either wholly or partly and place on the silicon sheet.
- Keep the tray in a refrigerator to set. When set take the tray out and gently dislodge the chocolate coated mithai with the back of a spoon handle.
- Serve chilled
