Ingredients for Cherry Chocolate Mousse Recipe

  • Canned Cherries Seeded 25-30

  • Dark Chocolate 1 1/2 cups

  • Fresh cream 3/4 cup

  • Whipped cream 1/2 cup


Step 1

Heat cream in a non-stick pan and pour it into the bowl with dark chocolate. Stir till all the chocolate melts and blends well with the cream.

Step 2

Roughly chop cherries and add them to the chocolate mixture and mix.

Step 3

Add whipped cream and mix lightly.

Step 4

Snip off a little piece from the pointed end of a piping bag. Put the mousse in it and pipe into stemmed glasses.

Step 5

Tap the glasses lightly on the table to level the surface.

Step 6

Chill in the refrigerator and serve.
