Ingredients
- 180 grams moong dal chilla mix
- Oil for drizzling
- ½ cup grated processed cheese
- ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup leftover rajma masala
- 1 small green capsicum, cut into thin strips
- 1 small red capsicum, cut into thin strips
- 1 small yellow capsicum, cut into thin strips
- 1 small onion, finely sliced
- Micro greens for serving
- Tomato salsa for serving
Method
- In a bowl take moong dal chilla mix and add 1½ cups of water, whisk well to a make a smooth batter.
- Heat oil on a nonstick tawa and pour a ladle full of batter and spread it, drizzle some oil on top and cook until golden brown in colour. Flip it over and cook for 2-3 minutes on other side as well. Set aside and similarly make one more chilla.
- Add half of the processed cheese and mozzarella cheese on top then add rajma masala, green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum and onions.
- Add remaining processed cheese and mozzarella cheese on top. Cover it with another chilla Flip and cook on the other side as well.
- Cut into quarters and serve hot with micro greens and salsa.
