By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Tata Sampann Moong Dal Chilla Mix, Leftover rajma masala Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Cheela Quesadilla 180 grams Tata Sampann Moong Dal Chilla Mix 1 cup Leftover rajma masala for drizzling Oil 1/2 cup Processed cheese grated 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese grated 1 Small green capsicum cut into thin strips 1 Small red capsicum cut into thin strips 1 Small yellow capsicum cut into thin strips 1 Small onion finely sliced for garnish Micro greens to serve Tomato salsa Method Take moong dal chilla mix in a bowl, add 1½ cups of water and whisk well into a smooth batter. Heat a little oil on a non-stick tawa and spread it all over the tawa with a damp tissue. Pour a ladle full of batter and spread it, drizzle some oil all around and on top and cook until the underside turns golden brown. Flip it over and cook for 2-3 minutes on other side as well. Set aside and similarly make one more chilla. Sprinkle half the processed cheese and mozzarella cheese on top of this chilla, spread rajma masala, green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum and onions. Sprinkle remaining processed cheese and mozzarella cheese on top. Cover with another chilla and press gently and cook for 1 minute. Flip and cook on the other side for 1 minute.
