Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Take panko breadcrumbs in a bowl and refined flour slurry in another bowl. Dip each cauliflower floret in the slurry and roll in panko and gently press into a round shape. Slide them into hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
