Ingredients for Bean And Rosemary Bruschetta Recipe

  • baked Beans 1/2 cup

  • Rosemary 2 sprigs

  • Olive oil 2 tablespoon

  • Garlic 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Fresh basil leaves torn 8-10

  • French bread diagonally sliced 1

  • Processed cheese 1/2 cup


Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a baking tray. Heat oil in a non stick pan; add garlic and sauté for two to three minutes. Add baked beans and sauté. Chop half the rosemary finely and add to the beans.

Step 2

Add salt, pepper powder and basil leaves and mix well. Top the baguette slices with the prepared bean mixture. Spread the cheese on top.

Step 3

Arrange the bread slices on the baking tray and bake in preheated oven for eight to ten minutes. Serve hot garnished with remaining rosemary sprigs.
