Ingredients list for Bean And Rosemary Bruschetta
- 1/2 cup baked Beans
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a baking tray. Heat oil in a non stick pan; add garlic and sauté for two to three minutes. Add baked beans and sauté. Chop half the rosemary finely and add to the beans.
- Add salt, pepper powder and basil leaves and mix well. Top the baguette slices with the prepared bean mixture. Spread the cheese on top.
- Arrange the bread slices on the baking tray and bake in preheated oven for eight to ten minutes. Serve hot garnished with remaining rosemary sprigs.
