  • 10 Golden apricots
  • 4 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Oats

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Chop apricots.
  2. Place oats in a bowl add semolina, refined flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder and mix.
  3. Add apricots and walnuts. Add oil and mix. Add yogurt and mix. Add honey and mix.
  4. Pour the mixture onto a greased baking tray and spread evenly.
  5. Bake the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  6. Cut into bars and serve when cold.
