Ingredients list for Anari Papdi

  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate Pearls
  • 20 Papdi
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber chopped

Method

  1. Mix together, pomegranate pearls, cucumber, tomato, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt and peppercorns in bowl.
  2. Arrange papdis on a plate and top each with spoonful of the above mixture. Drizzle tamarind chutney, sprinkle chaat masala, red chilli powder and sev and serve immediately.
