Ingredients list for Aamras With Kesar
- 1 kilogram Mangoes
- 1/4 teaspoon Saffron roasted and crushed
- 1 cup Sugar powdered
- 2 1/2 cups Milk chilled
Method
- Remove the pulp from the mangoes. Pass through a thin muslin cloth. Add powdered sugar and chilled milk. Stir in saffron. Serve chilled.
