Ingredients list for AAM KA PANNA

  • 1 kilogram Green mangoes
  • 4 teaspoons Roasted cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoons Black salt (kala namak)
  • to taste Salt
  • 3 cups Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar

Method

  1. Wash and boil the mangoes. Let them cool. Cool, peel, mash and strain the pulp.
  2. Add five cups of water and mix well and cook till well blended.
  3. Add the cumin powder, black salt, salt and Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar. Mix well till Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool. Chill in the refrigerator.
  4. Pour into tall glasses as required and dilute with chilled water as per your taste.
  5. Serve immediately.
