Chocolate Flower Barks An elegant, heavenly delight, made with lots of chocolate and garnished with dried fruits and edible flowers. By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Jul 2024 in Recipes Fusion New Update Chocolate Flower Barks Main ingredients Milk chocolate, Dark chocolate, White chocolate, Edible flowers, Dehydrated orange slices, Dehydrated strawberry slices, Dried cranberries, Pisachio powder Cuisine Fusion Course Dessert Prep time 1-2 hours Cook time 5-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of cooking Easy Others Vegetarian Ingredients 1½ cups chopped milk chocolate ½ cup chopped dark chocolate 1¼ cups chopped white chocolate Edible flowers as required Dehydrated orange slices as required Dehydrated strawberry slices as required Dried cranberries as required Pistachios powder for sprinkling Method Heat sufficient water in a deep pan. Place a large bowl over it, put milk chocolate and dark chocolate in it, mix well and let them melt. Take the bowl off the heat and mix continuously till the temperature reaches 31º C-33º C. Similarly, put white chocolate in another large bowl. Place it over the pan of hot water and let the chocolate melt. Take the bowl off the heat and mix continuously till the temperature reduces to 29º C-31º C. Pour the tempered milk-dark chocolate into half a lined shallow tin in a triangular shape. And pour the tempered white chocolate into the remaining half of the tin in a triangular shape. Arrange some edible flowers, dehydrated orange slices, dehydrated strawberry slices, dried cranberries all over the surface and sprinkle pistachios powder. Refrigerate it till set. De-mould the chocolate.
