Ingredients list for Yogurt Salad With Roasted Pepper

  • 3 cups Skimmed Milk Yogurt
  • to taste Chilli Paste
  • 1/8 teaspoon Green chilli paste

Method

  1. Beat yogurt till smooth adding the salt, green chilli paste and sugar.
  2. Skewer capsicum and hold briefly on gas flame. Turn frequently so that it is roasted all around.
  3. Let cool and remove skin. Chop capsicum.
  4. Add all the prepared vegetables to the spiced yogurt and mix lightly. Serve chilled.
