Ingredients list for Yogurt Salad With Roasted Pepper
- 3 cups Skimmed Milk Yogurt
- to taste Chilli Paste
- 1/8 teaspoon Green chilli paste
Method
- Beat yogurt till smooth adding the salt, green chilli paste and sugar.
- Skewer capsicum and hold briefly on gas flame. Turn frequently so that it is roasted all around.
- Let cool and remove skin. Chop capsicum.
- Add all the prepared vegetables to the spiced yogurt and mix lightly. Serve chilled.
