By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Milk chocolate, dark chocolate Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Valentine Hearts 1 cup Milk chocolate chopped 1 cup dark chocolate chopped for dusting Food sparkler edible for decorating Edible silver balls Method Put both chocolates in separate bowls and heat in the microwave for 1 minute or till they melt. Remove from oven and mix till smooth. Place a clean silicon sheet on a tray. Pour melted milk chocolate on one side and spread evenly. Similarly, pour melted dark chocolate on other side and spread evenly. Let the chocolates semi-set. Reserve a little of one of the melted chocolates. With the help of small and medium sized heart shaped cookie cutters, cut out hearts and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Once fully set, stick the small hearts on the bigger hearts with the help of the reserved melted chocolate using it as glue.
