Ingredients list for Tuna Salad On Pita Triangles
- 12 Pita bread cut into triangles and toasted crisp
- 100 grams Tuna fish (canned) Salad
Method
- In a large bowl take mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, yellow capsicum, red capsicum, spring onion, parsley and salt. Mix well.
- Lightly crumble tuna and add to the salad mix. Toss and add crushed peppercorns. Toss again.
- Place a spoonful portion of tuna salad on each toasted pita triangle or chapati triangle.
- Garnish with olives and a sprig of coriander. Serve immediately
