Ingredients list for Tuna Roll
- 1 cup Tinned Tuna
- 4 Wheat Flour Tortillas
- 3 Boiled eggs peeled
- 2-3 Spring onion with greens roughly chopped
- 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Tomato chilli sauce
- 5-6 Iceberg lettuce leaves
- for garnishing Fresh rocket leaves
Method
- Halve 2 boiled eggs and grind with spring onion and the greens, half the tuna, mayonnaise and tomato chilli sauce to a smooth paste.
- Put remaining tuna into a bowl, add ground paste and mix well.
- Roughly chop remaining egg and add to the bowl and mix well. Keep in the refrigerator to chill.
- Roughly chop iceberg lettuce leaves.
- Place some of the egg mixture at one end of each tortilla, put chopped lettuce leaves over it and roll.
- Halve the rolls and place them on a serving plate, garnish with rocket leaves and serve immediately.
