Method
- Wash the fish. Cut the fish through the bone into 8 - 10 small slices of ½" thickness. Mix all the ingredients except oil.
- Marinate the fish with this mixture for an hour. Heat oil in a pan.
- Add fish and lower the heat. Cook till crisp, then turn the pieces and cook on the other side.
- Serve hot with lemon slices or lemon wedges.
