Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Sweet corn (cream style)
- 3 tablespoons Crab meat cooked
- 3 cups Chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon White pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 Egg whites
- for garnish Spring onion greens chopped
Method
- Boil chicken stock in a non stick pan. Mix cornstarch with ¼ cup water till smooth.
- Mix salt, pepper powder, ½ tbsp sugar and little water in another bowl.
- Add cream style corn to the boiling stock and mix well.
- Add sugar-pepper mixture and cornstarch mixture.Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Adjust salt and add remaining sugar.
- Mix well and cook till comes to a boil.
- Beat egg whites and add. Mix well.
- Add crabmeat and mix again. Cook for 1 minute.
- Serve piping hot garnished with chopped spring onion greens.
