By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Jan 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Sweet corn kernels, Corn style sweet corn Cuisine Indo-Chinese Course Soups Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Sweet Corn Vegetable Soup-SK Khazana 1/2 cup Sweet corn kernels 1/2 cup Corn style sweet corn 2 tablespoons Cabbage finely chopped 2 tablespoons Carrot finely chopped 1 tablespoon Oil 4-5 cups Vegetable stock to taste Salt to taste White pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon Sugar 2 tablespoons Cornflour slurry to garnish Spring onion greens chopped Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add corn kernels, cabbage and carrot, mix and sauté for 2 minutes. Add stock, stir and bring to a boil. Add cream style corn, mix and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Add salt, pepper powder and sugar and mix well. Add cornflour slurry, stir and cook till the soup thickens.
